Produced in conjunction with an exhibition curated by Barbara Toll, featuring works from the collection of Marvin S. Rappaport, a northern New Jersey resident. The show featured conceptual or documentary works and large abstract paintings. The catalogue includes an introduction by gallery director Nancy Einreinhofer, the essay "In Progress: Selections from the Collection of Marvin S. Rappaport" by Barbara Toll, and an exhibition checklist. Exhibiting artists included Richard Artshwager, Jennifer Bartlett, Howard Buchwald, Joel Meyerowitz, Dennis Oppenheim, Ray Parker, Harvey Quaytam, Mark Salz, John Seery, Joel Shapiro, Jenny Snider, William Wegman, Roger Welch, and Kes Zapkus. |
